Yep, it’s that time of the year again, when I get to go backstage at The BRIT Awards with the lovely PR folk at DawBell and my journalist friend Jordan Paramor to gather as much fun gossip and interviews as possible – all in the name of celebrating the biggest event in the music industry calendar.
For three days beforehand, we’re based on site – and it’s pretty special to witness the stage being built, the red carpet being put in place and the rehearsals start to take shape. In fact, the latter is very much one of those moments that reminds you why you do the job you do. My moment came when I stood in an empty arena watching Justin Timberlake perform Mirrors for the first time.
Anyway, here are some pics… apologies for my rubbish phone!
